EVENT TICKETS EXCLUDE:

• Any flights or transportation to or from Abu Dhabi

• Any additional hotel expenses such as mini-bar consumption, spa treatments, room service, laundry service, any beverages not included in the breakfast/dinner packages, or any other personalized services requested by the guests. 

• Any additional meals beside those mentioned above will be charged separately by the restaurant or the venue per their standard prices.

• Bike rentals

• Any additional costs incurred by participants as a result of their journey/participation.

• All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.

• SOLO ticket grants entry to one person only. Guests with pillions or bikers wishing to share a room must purchase the DUO package.

• In our negotiations with hotels, we have guaranteed the best available rates for our participants. However, the discounted rates may not be available beyond the cut-off date specified in the Hotels Information section. At the same time, we cannot guarantee that our hotel partners will have room vacancies beyond these dates.

• All Harley Owners Group members and their guest (s) participate voluntarily and at their own risk in H.O.G. and H.O.G. Chapter activities. The sponsoring dealer, H.O.G., and Harley-Davidson Motor Company, its subsidiaries, and distributors and local chapter officers are and shall be released and held harmless by the member/guest for any injury or loss to the member/guest or to his or her property or in case of any incident which may result from participation in H.O.G. or H.O.G. chapter activities. This means that each and every member of the local chapter and their guest (s) have no ground for legal action against the sponsoring dealer, H.O.G. or Harley-Davidson Motor Company, its distributors, subsidiaries, the local chapters and their respective agents and employees for any injury resulting to them or their property.

• I understand that the released parties my take photographs of participants at events for use in H.O.G. related material. I hereby confirm that I have no objection that my photograph is taken and used in this context and for this purpose.
